Flash Interactive Designers (for temporary position)

WE NEED
• Availability from August to October 2008 (3 months or more).
• We require 75%-100% availability during this period.
•Demonstrated commitment to design/artistic expression, manifested either through a degree in design or visual arts, or personal or professional participation in modalities of artistic expression.
•Ability to create effective visual designs that truly communicate and are consistent with client brand standards.
•Experience in designing interactive animations and effects with Flash/ActionScript.
•Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as PhotoShop and Illustrator.
•Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, XML and CSS is a bonus.
•Able to multi-task and juggle various projects and priorities.
•Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
•Attitude: you are a can-do type person, team oriented, upbeat and can give or take design feedback from clients or peers.

YOUR TASK
•Produce digital media creative elements as user interface templates, infographics, icons, illustration-based Flash scenarios, environments for eLearning courses and games.
•Participate as a contributor and often a creative lead to an interdisciplinary team that includes other designers, project managers and programmers.
•Participate (as needed) in production work such as photo editing and photo research.
