Your responsibilities will include:
• Translate design mockups into XHTML pages.
• Knowledge of CSS, XHTML and creating table-less websites
• Strong visual graphic design skills and a solid understanding of web design principles
• Producing visual assets for use in product development
• Create wireframes and functional prototypes
• Helping to create and maintain a comprehensive design style and interaction library
• Conceptual and visual development, and final execution of online and offline marketing collateral and corporate identity materials
• Strong visual graphic design skills and a solid understanding of web design principles
• Ability to create and apply a consistent look-and-feel across multiple features
• In-depth knowledge of the following design applications: Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator
• Strong XHTML and CSS skills
• Strong working knowledge developing cross platform/browser compatibility
• Strong communication skills, with no problems expressing oneself.
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to function independently and still work well in a "team oriented" environment
• Knowledge of Eclipse helpful
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, and image optimization for web
• Able to hand code XHTML in a non-WYSIWYG environment
• Able to code HTML/XHTML which validates against current Web Standards
• Able to code to meet various levels of accessibility compliance (i.e. 508, WAI Priority 1 & 2)
• Understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform issues.

Nice to have:

• Experience with JavaScript, PHP, DHTML, AJAX, or any other fashionable acronyms
• Flash, illustration and/or iconography skills a plus
